CDMP in 18 months

I don't quite have 4 years of Data Management experience and I don't have much education in Data Management topics:

    DAMA SA intends to give a comprehensive series of short courses based on all the DMBoK topics. Each course will run for one week at a time:

    • 4 days will be dedicated to the course content
    • A Case Study for practical experience will be conducted on day 4
    • 1/2 day will be dedicated to a bootcamp morning to assist with preparation for the exam
    • 1/2 day will be dedicated to a proctoring session of 90 minutes
    • A post-mortem session will be held after the exams where students are struggling with the exams

    Sample tests and courses notes provided are certified by the ICCP and the DMBoK is a pre-requisite for these courses

    Costs

    Course Fee: R12000.00 (DAMA SA Active Members discounted to R10000.00) - this includes the venue, lecturer, course notes, bootcamp, proctoring session and post-mortem.

    Exam Fee:$285-00 to be paid directly to the ICCP (credit cards, eft payments and paypal are the accepted method of payment). Payment is made only once the exam is passed and the proctor has submitted the registration forms. If a person fails and wishes to retake the exam, the cost is $257 which will be PLUS the exam fee of $285.

    We are offering a Data Management Course from the 25th to the 29th of July 2011, and the IS Core from the 31st October to the 4th of Novemebr 2011.
